Privacy policy

VisitorDesk AI is a product of Chatham Oaks Growth Solutions (“we”). This policy explains what we collect on visitordesk.ai, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Waitlist sign-ups: your work email, your organization and its type. We use them only to invite you to sign up when VisitorDesk AI opens to your organization.
• Demo requests: your name, work email, organization, and the phone number and message you choose to add, plus the campaign tags in the link you arrived from. We use them to reply and arrange your demo.
• Abuse protection: to stop spam we check each form with Cloudflare Turnstile and count submissions per connection using a one-way hash of your IP address. We don’t store your IP address itself.
• Site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare: hosting, bot protection and analytics
• Supabase: the database that stores sign-ups and requests
• Resend: the emails we send you and our team

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and demo details until they’ve served their purpose or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Cookies

visitordesk.ai sets no cookies. Your browser’s session storage remembers the campaign tags in the link you arrived from and whether you closed the announcement bar; both clear when you close the tab. Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own storage to tell people from bots.
